I created this piece as part of my void collection. I call this one "Pieces," and designed it as a puzzle to resemble our life. No matter what we do in life, there's always a piece missing. There's always that someone, something or moment in our life that adds to our puzzle or takes from it. The black puzzle pieces resemble emptiness, while the colorful ones resemble our happiness. The chaos within the piece gives us some what of an example of what our life looks like or can become if we allow certain things to over take it.
I know this piece is a bit overwhelming from the story, but that's what I felt in the moment. I wanted to remind people that every person has their own puzzle to solve in life. We can choose our own pieces or have someone take them.
